Who am I
First, I should tell you who I am. My name is Chris Salm and I currently live in Tewantin, Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.
My Background
I was born in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia and this is where I grew up and have lived for the majority of my life. After finishing school, I studied IT and worked in the IT industry when I finished studying. This gave me the opportunity to travel and to appreciate the wonders of the world around us. My joy of travel led me to photography where I studied part time at the Brisbane College of Photography and Art.
Motivation
I have two things that motivate me. The first is to share what I enjoy seeing through my photographs and the second is the opportunity to express myself through my creative photos. Whether it's a truely creative photo or see something abstract in a photo or turn a photo into a triptych, I find it truly rewarding when I produce something creative.
